Welcome to Infiniteflowlabs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Infiniteflowlabs's services, including our website at https://yolox.ai/ and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infiniteflowlabs. We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through email, in-app messaging, or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Infiniteflowlabs provides YOLOX, an AI agent team platform that enables users to build, manage, and collaborate with AI agent teams through an intuitive interface. The platform includes managed agent workflows, tool integrations, and productivity-enhancement features, each of which may be modified, supplemented, or discontinued at any time.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Infiniteflowlabs grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.
To access our Services, we may ask you to create an Account. You agree to provide correct, current, and complete information and allow us to use it to communicate with you about our Services.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not:
Any account sharing or abuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We provide AI model access, managed agent environments, embedded API keys, and various features from time to time for users on the YOLOX platform ("Account Resources").

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Certain features of the Service require payment of subscription fees. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infiniteflowlabs and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Infiniteflowlabs.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Infiniteflowlabs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Outputs generated by AI agents on the YOLOX platform are provided for your use subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any AI-generated Output complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. Infiniteflowlabs makes no representation that AI Outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. INFINITEFLOWLABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFINITEFLOWLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF INFINITEFLOWLABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL INFINITEFLOWLABS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO INFINITEFLOWLABS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
